Born in Curaçao. A small island with big contradictions: colonial architecture next to Caribbean warmth, four languages before you turn ten. It taught me early that where you grow up shapes what you see. And what you don’t.

BSc in International Business. Then a Master of Science in Finance and Investments. Years of learning how organizations work on paper. Slowly realizing that the interesting stuff was never on paper. The human behavior behind the numbers. That’s where things actually moved.

Started what would become Reshapers. Not with a grand plan. With a frustration. Organizations kept spending millions on transformation and ignoring the conditions that made change impossible. 15 years later, still at it. Built FORCES along the way: a diagnostic for measuring what actually shapes culture.

Daniel Corsen is a facilitator and coach with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations through change. He has worked as an interim HR Manager in several organizations, bringing hands-on experience in people strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture.

As founder and Managing Director of Reshapers, Daniel supports leaders and teams in becoming more responsive, connected, and purpose-driven. His work combines coaching, workshops, and long-term transformation programs that help people and organizations grow in sustainable ways.

Beyond Reshapers, Daniel serves as Chairperson of the World Scout Committee, the governing body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. He also contributes as a university lecturer and NGO board member, committed to building environments where people and communities can thrive.
